Over the summer I got another job working at Caseys. I have been working there for about a month now and I have met a variety of people. Also I have been around the different languages and accents!
About a week ago a russian girl came in and was talking on the phone, I didn't understand one word, but it was interesting, with her accent. A different lady came in with an australian accent, I kept talking to her just so I could hear her accent :).
Some mexicans come into Caseys a lot, to get drinks. I'm not sure if they know a lot of English, because they don't say much. When they talk to each other it is really fast and hard for me to understand, but I catch a little. I always wanna say have a good day in Spanish, but I don't know if they'd be mad or look at me funny, so I just keep it to myself :).
